Service Department Pricing and Terms

7:00 A.M. & 5:00 P.M., Monday through Friday

………No Travel Time………

Plumber – The first half-hour is $140.00, then the customer is charged by the ¼ hour at a rate of $30.00 per 15 minutes. If you start the ¼ hour and are 8 minutes into that quarter hour, then the customer is charged for the ¼ hour.

Helper – The first half-hour is $70.00, then the customer is charged by the ¼ hour at rate of $15.00 per 15 minutes. If you start the ¼ hour and are 8 minutes into that quarter hour, the customer is charged for the ¼ hour.

After Hours Terms begin after 5:00 P.M. or Saturday, Sunday, and Holidays

Plumber – $180.00 for first half-hour on job. Then $40.00 for every ¼ hour to follow.

Helper – $80.00 for first half-hour on job. Then $20.00 for every ¼ to follow.

• We accept checks, cash, Master Card, Visa, American Express and Discover.
• Everyone is collect at time of service, unless approved by Supervisor prior to performing work.
• All invoices to be signed by owner or their representative at the time service is complete.
• All employees must be in complete uniform, clean-shaved, and hair combed whenever in company truck or at customer home.
