All of our applicants have pre-employment screening done in the areas of criminal background, psychological testing, drug testing, and motor vehicle records. All employees will arrive at your home or office wearing their photo identification badges. On those badges is a Worker Check ID Number.

Not only does create accountability for an employee it also provides homeowners with a quick and easy way to verify certain kinds of information once one of our employees arrives to perform work for you at your home.

After investing in one of our recommended home comfort systems, if you are not 100% satisfied with the equipment, operation, craftsmanship, materials provided or the system does not perform as we have stated, we will make any modification necessary, including replacing your system until we meet your satisfaction, or we will remove the equipment and return 100% of your investment.

We offer no surprise pricing, which means the quote you get up front is the price you’ll be paying.
You can rest easy knowing there are no hidden fees or shocking numbers at the end of the job. Any additional work will be approved by the owner in writing before the work is started.
Property Protection Guarantee
All property, including lawns, shrubbery, carpeting,floors, walls, furniture and door frames are protected.
Damaged property will be replaced or repaired. Drop cloths will be used on all work andhigh-traffic areas.
Complete Comfort Guarantee
If total comfort is not achieved, we will make any modifications necessary to achieve your 100% comfort satisfaction, including replacing the equipment at no additional charge.
Utility Savings Guarantee
You will save a minimum of 30% on your heating and cooling cost or we will refund the difference of your savings not realized during the first full year.*
If your system is not meeting guaranteed savings, you must notify us immediately to allow us to evaluate your system’s performance.
Installation Date Guarantee
We guarantee installation on or before the date that you are scheduled.
If we do not have your new system installed and operating by the date promised, we will pay you $500 for your inconvenience.
No Frustration Guarantee
If your new system breaks down during the first year and leaves you without heating and cooling, we will be there within 24 hours to service the system.
If we cannot service your system within 24 hours, we will pay you $500 for your inconvenience.
10-Year Worry Free Guarantee
With our extended parts and labor guarantee on your new air conditioning and heating system, you will have peace of mind for the next 10 years.
If your system breaks in that period and has been properly maintained in accordance with our recommendations, we guarantee that you will not be charged for any failure related service calls.
No Lemon Guarantee
If the compressor, which is the heart of your new air conditioning system, fails twice in the first 5 years after installation, we will replace your air conditioner and give you a brand-new warranty at no additional charge.
If the heat exchanger in your new furnace fails in the first 10 years, we will replace your furnace and give you a brand-new warranty at no additional charge.
Apples-To-Apples Guarantee
The Apples-to-Apples Guarantee is our promise to you that you cannot find a comparable installation for less or we’ll pay you a $100 bonus over the difference for a new system installation.
